Rental fees...$350 and $350 advance damage deposit.
51 to 250 guests
Only outside on the grounds; host must pay portalet rental fees.
Rental fees...$500 and $500 advance damage deposit
More than 250 guests
Only outside on the grounds; host must pay portalet rental fees

Rehearsal Dinners
Maximum 50 guests Full-service catering; Host selects entree; entree determines per person cost. Full-service caterers welcome for outdoor events..




Luncheons Maximum 50 guests Facility Fee $100.00 Full-service catering--one entree $15/person



Regulations
Maximum 50 guests for inside use of facility. Host has no use of kitchen for food preparation or service during the event. Food and drinks are not provided prior to or during an event, unless specified beforehand when reservation is made. No smoking or alcohol in the facility or grounds. No pets in the facility or grounds. No permanent decorations; ribbons and bows are permitted. 10 p.m. limit per noise ordinance. For weekend events, host must fill six guest rooms for the night of the event.
