| Regulations |
- Maximum 50 guests for inside use of facility.
- Host has no use of kitchen for food preparation or service during the event.
- Food and drinks are not provided prior to or during an event, unless specified beforehand when reservation is made.
- No smoking or alcohol in the facility or grounds.
- No pets in the facility or grounds.
- No permanent decorations; ribbons and bows are permitted.
- 10 p.m. limit per noise ordinance.
- For weekend events, host must fill six guest rooms for the night of the event.
